Tryn, the Daughter of Runes, is a Magi native to the Naroom region of the Moonlands. Due to her involvement with Barak, she also has ties to the region of Cald.

Magi-Nation Duel

Tryn was released as three cards as a part of Magi-Nation Duel. Her First Edition and Unlimited card uses the starting cards of Rudwot, Hood of Hiding, and Grow. Her Nightmare's Dawn cards, Tryn Flame-Saver, use the starting cards of Flame Rudwot, Grow, and Thermal Blast.

History

Tryn accompanied Evu as he went into the Core through Naroom's Shadow Geyser. There, Tryn was met by her friend and crush, Barak, who had followed her. The Shadow Geyser The two spied on a laboratory, using Tryn's Pliths, in order to find another Shadow Geyser to use to return to the surface. After being attacked by the Darkbreed Hyren, the two Magi managed to ride the Shadow Geyser back to the surface. Forest Fire

Tryn later found herself mysteriously in the Dream Plane where she met Dathka, and ancient Eliwan and a protector of the Dream Barrier. He gave her a pair of goggles to lessen the intensity of the Dream Plane and recounted the Eliwan's ancient struggle with the Invaders. Tryn then was sent to go in the direction of green energy to return. In the process, she lost the majority of her rings in a chasm but was rescued by her Timber Hyren. She then was brought to the Guardian, Trunnk, who called a Guardian Council. Using Barak as an anchor, Tryn was returned to the Moonlands but unable to magine her former Dream Creatures. Forest Fire
