A ring is used to hold the Animite of a Dream Creature and to summon Dream Creatures for battle. Rings are forged by trained Magi known as Ringsmiths.

Rings are forged by Ringsmiths when given the required number and combination of Animite for a particular Dream Creature's ring. Some rings require general Animite shards while other rings require the Animite of one or more Dream Creature.
In battle, a ring can be used to summon its Dream Creature by deducting the Dream Creature's health points from its Magi's energy. The same ring can be used to re-summon a Magi's defeated Dream Creature if the Magi has sufficient energy.
